MWANZA LAKE VICTORIA

Day 1 – Arrival Mwanza City, where you will be greeted by Safari guide. Drives to your Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – After breakfast you will venture into Saanane Islands corners for a full day of walking safari game viewing in the Islands with a Picnic lunch beside you, take your leisure while exploring natural beauty of the Isles, the best place to see Zebra, Wildebeests, Velvet Monkey, Rocks Hyrax, Reptiles, different structures of Rocks more than 75 species of Birds and Aquatic species then evening back to your accommodation place for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 – Mwanza City Tour, After breakfast place to visit will be Bujora Culture Sukuma Museum, Bismarck Rocks, Maasai Market and Rock City Mall.

Day 4 – Visit Mwanza fish market and get to interact with local fisherman with their local fishing boat then we will get enough time to taste Tilapia and Nile perch soup from Lake Victoria.

Day 5 – Relaxing day after breakfast time to explore the natural beauty of Mwanza city beaches also will be the best time to see Sunset direct from Lake Victoria then evening drive back to your hotel for your preparation for the next day journey.

  • Malaika Beach
  • Jembe ni Jembe Beach
  • Rock Beach Garden
  • Charcoal rips Beach

Day 6 – After breakfast tour to Ukerewe Island, (full day tour) is situated 45 km (25 nautical miles) north of Mwanza to which it is linked by ferry, but a shorter vehicle ferry crossing of only 3.8 km

Visitors should get a chance to see/ do in Ukerewe:

  • Rubya forest
  • Rutare hill
  • Special cultural tours.
  • Dancing stone of ukara island
  • Cycling
  • a visit to local primary school.
  • Chief’s palace.
